Marketing Campaign: Every home will be advertised via direct print, have an incredible online presence to all relevant home search websites, marketed directly to agents, and have a hosted open house. All my listings are professionally photographed, featured on thriving social media outlets and included in Windermere's Exclusive 'First Look' Tour. Sealing the Deal: After an offer has been presented to you, I will negotiate on your behalf the price and terms knowing the market and your goals.
